Bay Tree House Day Nursery has been offering the very best standards of childcare since 2005 and is registered for the care and education of 55 children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years old.

Bay Tree House is known locally as a family support hub to the local community accessing services where available to give the children in our care the very best opportunities possible. We are particularly proud of how we have grown over the years by increasing the nursery capacity to accommodate more children allowing them to access an education from a young age and beyond with our own on site self-contained After School Club facility. We extended our opening hours and pioneering the concept of childcare and education 7 days per week 24 hours per day offering a loving ‘home from home’ routine for children whose parents work unsociable shifts such as nurses, police officers etc, this became a lifeline to a lot of families that were able to book where required. We recently stopped providing our weekends and night service but are hoping to provide this again in the future.

We operate the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS) which is the stage of children’s development from birth to the end of their first (reception) year at school. It sets out how children are kept safe and well cared for and how children achieve the most they can in their earliest years of life. To support this, we offer a range of additional weekly activities from outside professionals such as Spanish, Dance & Drama, Swimming and Multi-sport sessions at no extra cost. 

We provide a monthly newsletter that keeps Parents informed of any developments and activities within the Nursery and Bi-annual Parents Evenings are held for Parents to meet key workers and discuss your children’s progress.
